Keeping WordPress core, theme & plugin files up-to-date makes your site more stable and secure and allows you to take advantage of the latest features.
Spammers and hackers are always on the lookout for sites to hack. Our regular security scans alert us to suspicious activity so we can resolve it right away.
Our regular off-site backups ensure that we have a recent copy of your website so that we can restore it in the event that your web hosting server goes down.
The slower your website the greater the likelihood that your visitors will bounce. Know what's affecting your load times so we can help speed your site up.
Monthly Maintenance Reports
Knowing what work we've done on your website is critical and to that end we provide monthly reports that outline what we've done to keep your site safe and secure.
Content Delivery Network
Having a Content Delivery Network (CDN) for your site decreases load times by delivering content to visitors from data centers close to their browsing location.
Premium WordPress Hosting
Because standard hosting can be, well standard, we offer hosting with WPEngine, a premium provider of WordPress hosting, meaning your site will be faster and more secure.
All websites experience downtime on occasion due to server and networking issues. Our uptime tracking lets us know when your site is down so we can get it back up.
Having an SSL Certificate not only increases visitor trust by proving that you are who you say you are, it can also increase your ranking in search results.
If your site has been optimized for the search engines, we'll track keywords you've targeted and include them in our monthly report that can be passed on to your SEO.
Service & Support
Included in some of our plans is time for Service & Support, which can be use for emergencies, updates to your existing content and consulting with us on your web marketing strategy.
Jump to the front of the line in our support queue so that we can address issues with your site right away. Included in Enterprise Plan only.
Pick a Plan...
In the event that your WordPress theme or plugin(s) fall out of active development and are no longer supported we'll keep an eye on things to make sure that they continue to function properly. Should they cease to function we'll suggest a well supported theme or plugin(s) in active development that offer the same features.
If your site breaks after updating WordPress, your theme, or a plugin, we'll roll your site back to the most recent version available prior to performing the update, at which point we'll notify you of the issue. If your plan includes Service & Support hours, we'll use that time to address the issue. If resolution of the issue requires additional hours outside those included in your plan we'll notify you and if we have your approval, we'll then bill you at our hourly rate to resolve the issue.
Because website security is extremely important to us, we'll scan your websites for security issues and resolve them at once, should they arise. Although 99.9% of our Maintenance Clients never get hacked, it can happen, usually due to having your website hosted in a standard shared hosting environment.
Because we keep off-site backups, we can usually restore to a previous version of your website, however the time in which this can take place varies. Our sites hosted with WPEngine can be restored within as little as 30 minutes, whereas sites hosted on standard shared hosting plans with hostile environments can take several hours to restore. In the event that you do need to restore we'll use the time you have available in your plan and if we require additional to get your site back up and running, we'll inform you before we proceed.

Service & Support does not include making significant changes to the design, features and/or functionality of your existing website, nor does unused time roll over to the next month. In the event that you require such major changes, just contact us and we'll provide you an estimate.
Nope. Although there are plenty of folks out there who maintain websites built on all manner of platforms they tend to be the "Jack of All Trades & Master of None" type development crew. Not us. As WordPress specialists we only maintain sites built on WordPress. If you have a website built on another platform such as Joomla or Drupal we can convert it to WordPress if you'd like at which point we'll happily maintain your site for you.
Because we want you to have the best possible hosting experience we strongly suggest that you host your website with us on WPEngine. This allows us to contact their team directly and request assistance should any issues arise. If however you'd like to host with WPEngine under your own account, or simply host on your own hosting plan elsewhere, that's not a problem. Do note however, that not all hosting plans are alike, particularly where Support is concerned and if troubleshooting hosting issues requires additional time outside that available under your current maintenance plan we will need to bill you for it.
You bet. Because we don't require a monthly contract you may cancel at any time, just let us know and we'll cancel your plan at the end of your current term.
Most certainly. If after a period of time you feel you'd be better served by one of our other plans just drop us a line and we'll either upgrade or downgrade your plan and pro-rate you accordingly.
